You are the Salt of the Earth…

Calvary Chapel Catonsville Maryland – Matthew 5:13 – You are the Salt of the Earth. When Jesus says these words, His language is very specific. You are the salt indicates that we are right now the only salt of the earth. There is no other salt other than the church. What a privilege!
But we also have a choice in what we do with it. We can be flavorful or lose our flavor. We are the only salt and our behavior contributes to how salty we are. What a privilege and what a responsibility!
